Mediocre UX, long, constant Ads detract from its utility
Too many adverts popping up far too often.
This app works very well but the ads have gotten unbearably intrusive. Understandable that apps need ads for revenue but having a video ad play followed by a static image ad that you cannot exit for another 5 seconds when you're desperately searching for your station or route is unacceptable.
Perfectly adequate. I'd even pay for the ad-free version if it was a sensible price. But it isn't.
Said it doesn't have ads when I downloaded it. Then as soon as you open it demands money or ads. Get f*#ked
If you are the type of person who has loads of spare time to enjoy watching ads then this app has been designed for you. Well, I do not have time for loads of ads especially when I am on the go, I need an app to help me solve a problem quickly. I do not mind ads on a passive leisure type of app, but the user case here is more utility. Struck gold. The new TFL GO app works better now for me. Easier to use and no ads. So I have now uninstalled this Tube Map app after all these years. 😪

I have use this app for several years and the train/tube Map is accurate in time and information. I love this App! I am giving it 5 stars plus!
What was a good app is now ruined by the ads. Just about to uninstall.
Used to be great, now full page ads are loaded over the map for many seconds.
